My nursing experience includes hospital-based medical-surgical and acute care, with experience caring for patients before and after surgery and managing a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
I’ve also taken on responsibilities focused on patient safety, quality, and process improvement, including committee involvement and Joint Commission readiness. Those experiences have trained me to look closely at how care unfolds, how decisions are documented, and where details warrant a closer look.
